Rhinofloor Contract is a new ‘family’ of products from Armstrong suitable for various domestic and commercial applications depending on the individual requirements of the project. All of the products that are included in the Rhinofloor Contract family feature the award winning colour and design long associated with the Armstrong Rhinofloor name. Refined tiles, detailed woods and colourful abstract designs are expertly reproduced to provide a superb choice of looks for a wide variety of interiors. To find a group of products suitable for these types of installations that are available in multiple widths is quite unusual, that’s why our 2, 3 and 4 metre manufacturing capability is another thing that makes our family special. We’re local too, all of our Rhinofloor products are made in the UK and our Environmental Management System is certified under ISO 14001:2004, which means we are committed to minimising our impact on the environment. Rhinofloor Acoustic – so tough, it’s beautiful Rhinofloor Acoustic is designed to help provide insulation from impact sound, that’s the noise generated from direct contact with the floor, generated, for example, by footsteps from the room above.

As well as delivering the combination of design leadership and performance expected from a Rhinofloor product, Rhinofloor Contract Acoustic also offers much improved levels of impact sound absorption, making it suitable for use in residential or commercial settings where sound insulation is important, for example apartments, open-plan offices, student accommodation etc. Available in 2, 3 and 4 metre widths and with the added benefit of the Rhinogrip PU coating for ease of maintenance, and with three times the sound improvement of Rhinofloor Contract Flair & Design, Rhinofloor Contract Acoustic is a very welcome addition to the family.
